Summer competition meets for ages 3-17 are on Fridays from October - March.
(5.30pm set up for a 6pm start.)

Summer training for ages 5+ is on Mondays during terms 4 & 1.
We hold two one-hour sessions during 4.30pm - 6.30pm.
Sessions start at 4.30pm and 5.30pm.
Come along and join the jumping, throwing or track training squads.
Follow the registration prompts. When you select 'come and try' the fee will be zero at the payment page. If you decide to register after your 2 come and try sessions, you will log in to your family portal to do so.
Winter sprints, cross country and walks training for ages 5+ is on Mondays during term 2, from 5pm - 6pm.
All Adelaide Harriers aged 5-18 are welcome and we have free come & tries.
During winter there are cross country and race walking competitions held at clubs in and around Adelaide and by Little Athletics SA. The finals of both are held in July.

We cater for children who have never done athletics through to national champions.
We are a community sports club run by parent volunteers with a squad of qualified coaches.
We affiliated with the century-old Adelaide Harriers Athletic Club, which caters to teenagers and adults. We share facilities but have separate memberships.
April - June (school term 2):
